OCTOBER 2 AT 9 A.M. – HOW TO SAVE MONEY WITH A COST SEGREGATION STUDY

Stephen Kimberlin and Jeff Knapp from Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG) will be presenting an update on how Cost Segregation Studies can impact the tax implications on a newly purchased or improved property. A cost segregation study identifies and reclassifies personal property assets to shorten the depreciation time for taxation purposes, which reduces current income tax obligations.
