Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required – if needed, click here for the course)

- Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written) and the ability to network to build your business
- Sales experience is appreciated but not necessary
