His professional career began in the U.S. Navy and continued in the defense sector, where he spent over 15 years in technology engineering and systems integration roles. This experience shaped his disciplined, detail-oriented approach—one that now drives value for clients navigating complex real estate decisions.

Before entering the commercial real estate space, Zachary served as an analyst at a commercial appraisal firm and played a key role in site acquisition, development and government relations for major wireless infrastructure projects in the Baltimore and Northern Virginia markets. Today, he leverages that same expertise to advise property owners and investors across the Richmond region, specializing in leasing, sales and investment.
