PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Zachary comes to Joyner Commercial from the wireless industry where he performed real estate acquisition for a major wireless carrier’s large-scale cellular network deployment. He specialized in negotiations with government entities, executing complex agreements with large municipalities such as the City of Baltimore, MD, Baltimore County, MD and the City of Alexandria, VA. Prior to that, Zachary spent more than a decade in the maritime defense industry in Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia.

An Ohio native, Zachary now lives in Virginia by way of service in the U.S. Navy. He is now a proud resident of Ashland, VA, where he lives with his wife and three children.
