Before joining Joyner Commercial, Bernard has had many years of success as a business owner. As such he has strived to provide his clients with good advice in their decision-making and is now ready to take that knowledge and skillset and apply it to assisting clients in the purchase, sale, or leasing of commercial real estate.
His experience with the lease up of commercial spaces for his own business has given him a great deal of insight to how transactions can be negotiated and successfully completed so that all parties are satisfied. In addition, he has many years of experience managing his own investment properties and looks forward to assisting commercial clients in their search for good investments.
Bernard graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Doctorates in Education, Liberty University with a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, and Averett University with an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is active in his Fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. He and his wife have four children, and he enjoys biking and fishing when he has free time.
