What is the biggest challenge/opportunity you have face in CRE? The shifting uses and repurposing of commercial real estate assets are both a challenge and opportunity.
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing CRE? I’d be an appraiser or handy man.
What makes you different from other agents? I would say my construction, investment, property management and architecture background help ensure that I can put clients in a position to make the best informed decision on the property
What is the one thing you wish people knew about Commercial Real Estate? It continues to be one of the best time proven investments that can be made.
What three traits define you? I strive for loyalty and integrity, but have inherited perfectionism.
What do you like to do for fun, outside of work? I enjoy mountain biking, playing guitar and woodworking.
