PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

During Bill’s 35-year real estate career he has gained an in-depth working knowledge in the areas of sales, marketing, developments, planning, and management. Prior to his presidency at Joyner Fine Properties, Bill held the position of Vice President of ITT Community Development Corporation (Florida) with specific responsibilities for residential sales and property management, overseeing volumes of 30 million dollars in sales and a management portfolio of up to 8,000 condominium units. At Joyner, his “hands-on” attitude and high energy guides the company in every area of the business. Bill continues to serve on the national, state, and local real estate boards.
